Standard Delivery: 5 – 7 Business Days

After you place your order, we will prepare and ship your package within 48 hours. Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers and sent via message if the phone number is added to your order. If you don’t receive this, please check your spam folder.

You’ll get an email with your tracking ID once your package ships. You can follow your parcel’s journey right to your doorstep.

Currently, we ship within India, but we’re slowly expanding. If you’re outside India, drop us a message, we might be able to arrange something special.

Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to update it.

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please share a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll replace or refund it based on availability – ORDER FORM

We don’t offer returns or exchanges for personal preferences for blind book dates. But we will replace any item that arrives damaged, defective, or mismatched.

Not yet. Cash on Delivery (COD) mode isn’t available. Once we scale our business, we will add more flexibility to payment options.

We can’t offer returns for duplicate titles, as the surprise is part of the experience. But you’re always welcome to share your book forward, it’s how stories travel 🙂

Once your return is approved, your refund or store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Customized and limited edition pieces are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

We use premium matte stock paper – smooth to the touch, elegant to the eye, and sturdy enough to last through time. Each piece is thoughtfully printed to bring out the emotion behind its design.

Yes! Our matte-coated finishes work beautifully with pens, fineliners, and markers. We just suggest letting the ink dry for a few minutes to avoid smudges/bleeds. 

Self-designed and printed. Every design is designed by us and is new in conception. Once we fix the design, we print them.

Gifting & Custom Requests

Absolutely! Just mention it at checkout, and we’ll wrap your order with care. You can even add a small note, we’ll handwrite it for you.
